To Login  cookies should be enabled .
How to enable cookies :

-If you are using Netscape Navigator: Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences. Then select the Advanced menu and make sure that the cookies are enabled.

-If you are using Internet Explorer: Go to the View menu and select Internet Options. Then select the Advanced option and make sure that your cookies are enabled.
